The Cascadia 16 Running Shoes from Brooks offer grip, comfort and a host of features to make trail running easier and more enjoyable. The TrailTack rubber outsole provides good traction whether conditions are dry or damp, supported by the DNA LOFT v2 midsole that moulds to the ground for better stability and adds a plush feel to the ride.
A Ballistic Rock Shield protection plate prevents small stones and rocks from creating discomfort underfoot whilst the gusseted tongue stops any pebbles or grit from entering the shoe. Further protection can be added in the form of a gaiter (sold separately), that attaches securely to the heel tab to hold it in place and there is also a small tab on the front to tuck the laces into so that they dont get pulled undone by trailside vegetation.
